Walter has been married to Loretta for 26 years. They have 5 children and 10 grand-children together. They attend Tar Landing Baptist Church and have participated in many different ministries over the years.
Walter was an Allstate Insurance Agent for 14 years, before moving back to North Carolina over 10 years ago. He has also worked in the Reverse Mortgage and Securities Markets. They have resided in Jacksonville for the last 4 years.
Walter works with both buyers and sellers and is a multi-million dollar producer. He has received the Accredicated Buyers Representative(ABR), e-Pro, and Certified Distressed Property Expert(CDPE) designations.
