My Typical Marketing Plan

Everything that I post online will be done right. There will be professional photos, engaging descriptions, and accurate details of your house to engage as many people as possible. My plan of action includes services that will:

  • Inform agents and clients. I will call several agents in your neighborhood who have participated in recent sales to keep them informed, and I will send out mass emails with full-color flyers to agents, clients, and other contacts. I will also assign a mobile text code to your home to provide any drive-by buyers with your property information. 
  • Broadcast your website. Your home will have a Sharp Property website using your street address as the domain name. I will then send that website to over 70 major property search portals like Trulia, Zillow, Cyberhomes, and more. To attract Google searches in your area and neighborhood, I will periodically update the blog on your home’s website. 
  • Use social media. In addition to uploading a video of your home to YouTube, I will post your listing to Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 
  • Attract leads. I will post your house’s information to my own blog and website,, and I will put up an ad on Craigslist.
