The Northridge community is about 10 miles from MCAS New River and about 15 miles from Camp Lejeune with restaurants and shopping about 7 miles away.
American Homesmith and Hardison Builders are the two builders in the community and they are building single-family homes starting in the $190s with 3 and 4 bedrooms floorplans. The heated square footage ranges from around 1900 sq ft to 2500 sq ft.
There is a homeowners association and the annual fee is $150, which covers maintenance and taxes of the common areas.
