Stateside is a new Sydes Community outside of Jacksonville city limits with no city taxes. It is located right across from Stateside Elementary School, which is east of the Gum Branch Road and Rhodestown Road intersection.
This community will have single family homes starting around $180,000. Homes will range is size from close to 1500 sq ft to over 3000 sq ft. Homes are being built by A. Sydes Construction. There are plans for a clubhouse and swimming pool, but the construction date has not been set.
